The Basics
While we call our base package “basic,” it’s anything but! From creating a timeline and sharing it with vendors, to assisting moment to moment on your big day, we have the bases covered!
Whatever your plan, we want to assist you in running your special day from start to finish!

Initial Meeting: About 2 months prior to your big day, we will meet to discuss all the ideas you’ve dreamt up! We’ll go over everything from the rough draft of the timeline, the venue floorpan, seating arrangements and decorations. We’ll go over everything big and small to ensure that the dreams you've had about your wedding day can become a reality. From this meeting, we’ll be able to finalize the timeline to then send out and coordinate with all vendors. We will also go over additional add-ons that are offered to further ease your day!
Rehearsal: We will be available the day of your rehearsal to help your wedding party with the processional and recessional as discussed at the previous meeting. We can also go over the grand entrance and grand exit, just to be sure that everyone is on the same page and comfortable with the flow of the event!
Day of Event: We will be available to you up to 10 hours. These hours can be shifted to better fit your needs as a couple. For example, we can be at your venue from 11am-9pm to assist with pre-ceremony getting ready events through a mock exit. With this, we will verify that all vendors arrive on time, guests are seated appropriately, assist the bridal party throughout the day, ensure the timeline is being followed per the couples wishes and that the couples personal belongings get packed up correctly.
